ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Toy Policy- Because the items sold at Span of Sunset are extremely difficult for us to buy and bring into the U.S.A., we cannot accept returns on non- defective merchandise and can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. Apparel Policy- Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to Span of Sunset within 7 days from date of purchase with a receipt for exchange or store credit. If the item was shipped to you and you’d like to exchange for another size, you are responsible for shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY: Most of the figures and apparel we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product, and most often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken, damaged or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of purchase, using the procedure listed below. Span of Sunset will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Paperwork, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground & UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. All shipped orders will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL: Contact Span of Sunset by telephone at 323-512-3807 or via email orders@spanofsunset.com within SEVEN (7) days from the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem is. Follow the instructions given by our staff, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety). Once we get your item, we’ll check it out and contact you to complete the return.
